I slaughtered my 3 geese down with Peter last Friday evening while giving him a hand to pluck some turkeys. I picked up one of them last night and got Peter to butcher it up and get it oven ready for one of my landscaping customers. Its the first goose I've sold and it was 12 pound dead weight. Peter had it ready in a matter of minutes and nicely presented with a jar of this years goose fat and its giblets.
