GENERAL

These are the general term and conditions for the online purchases, shipping and returns and discount codes made through my website www.ollysfarm.ie

ONLINE PURCHASES

Purchases made through my online shop will have payments collected through the third party payment facilitator, Stripe. Olly’s Farm does not collect, store or have access to your credit card details. Olly’s Farm does not have a method for receiving payment over the phone. More details regarding Squarespace’s Payment Processors can be found here.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please use correct shipping address and if possible use your Eircode or UK Postcode for Northern Ireland to ensure a speedy delivery of your purchase.

Please also include a valid email address and telephone number so the courier or myself can make contact if needed.

There are two courier collection days, Monday morning and Thursday morning.

Orders placed by 1800 on Sunday will be collected by the courier Monday morning with normal delivery times expected during the following day on Tuesday for the island of Ireland.

Orders placed by 1800 on Wednesday will be collected by the courier Thursday morning with normal delivery times expected during the following day on Friday for the island of Ireland.

Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your purchase.

As soon as I prepare the order you will receive an email to say that your order has been fulfilled, this means it has been prepared and is ready for collection by the courier on one of the two days above, a tracking number will also be attached to the email.

For Click & Collect (Farm Pick-Up Only)

This is for local customers that would like to still collect from the farm to avoid delivery charges but prefer not to pay at the farm. Once you've made a purchase and chosen the pickup option you will receive a text when the order is ready to collect with further details.

For Delivery by Courier

From 1st March 2023 I can now offer a flat fee for delivery for the whole island of. Ireland at a rate of €6.50 per order. And I can also offer free delivery on all orders over €60 using the discount code OLLYSFARM at checkout.

Not Possible to purchase for delivery outside the island of Ireland through my online shop.
Unfortunately at present it’s not possible to ship outside of the island of Ireland using the website shop. If you are interested in my products please contact me for more information and shipping costs to your destination.

If a purchase is made and the purchaser selects either of the two above shipping methods and enters a non Irish address then the order will be cancelled. The payment will be refunded to the payment card minus the original Stripe transaction fees.

Returns

The courier will make 2 attempts to deliver your order and will try to contact you by the number provided. They will not leave a package without being signed for unless they have previously made deliveries to you and both of you have agreed this.

If a package is returned to me because it could not be delivered, it can be re-sent with an additional cost for the courier fee. The alternative is a refund for the products ordered less the delivery cost as this has already been paid to the courier.

DISCOUNT CODES

At Ollys Farm, we always look to reward our customers for their continued support by offering discount codes throughout the year on your favourite honey products. Please note that only one code can be used per purchase.

REFUND POLICY

I try my absolute best to make sure every item that I produce is prepared to the highest standard, if for some reason my products do not meet your expectations please get in contact by email olly@ollysfarm.ie or 0877747169.

During preparation for delivery, all items are carefully packed but if an item arrives damaged please get in contact within 24 hours and a replacement will be arranged.

Unfortunately as honey is a food product it cannot be returned for a refund.
