This is 100% raw Dublin honey that is simply extracted from the beehive frames and passed through a course filter/sieve to remove large particles of wax/debris. It's then put into jars ready for sale.

It's collected by my bees over in Lucan and is from the spring flow. It consists mainly of whitethorn, horse chesnut and sycamore.

Raw honey tends to naturally crystallize. It has not been fine filtered, or processed in any way as a result it still contains pollen & wax particles.
