Pumpkin puree

One of the pumpkins started to go bad so we had made soup, cooked with it and there was still around 3.5kg left so I decided to make puree and freeze it in 500g tubs to use in the future.

Just cut it into chunks and bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes and then strain off the water and blend up, cool and freeze.
